Whipped Goat Cheese Dip/Spread
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt (more to taste)
- 2 tablespoons oil (avocado or olive oil)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (or plain yogurt)
- In a food processor mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, oil, sour cream until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Add extra salt to taste, if necessary.
